At the beginning of the academic year, enrolled learners will receive an orientation pack with login details for the student portal and technical guidance on how the learning management system (LMS) works, including calendar.
Each subject will have a dedicated section where links to pre-recordings, hand-outs, quizzes, exercises, assignments and feedback.
Learners will go through this material before the unit’s live session according to the schedule.
In the live sessions, educators will summarise and then review the content of the study unit. They will also provide feedback on exercises, quizzes and assignments; focusing on learners’ areas of non-proficiency
Once all the units are completed, educators will prepare students for the summative assessment/ examinations, which includes past exam papers.
Learners will sit exams at an exam centre closest to them. If none are
listed in their locality, arrangements will be made for an affiliated invigilator to facilitate the examinations.
